Yes, It is fully drag-drop signup contact field. You can change the fields from customizer.
Can you hide quick order form ?
You can choose which collection you want me to show in quick order form. Choose template suffix to quick order
Setup automatic account approval ?
Yes, You can setup that by one click from customizer ->theme settings-> wholesale menu
How to setup minimum cart amount?
Yes, You can change the pricing of minimum cart amount from theme settings.
Can I show different pricing for different customers ?
No, You can't do this but you can create discount codes and give them.
Can I setup pay later payment gateways ?
This is just a theme that restricts visitors to see your product pricing
and purchase. All the backend of shopify remain same. So you can set
payment gateways in shopify admin or use apps
